Open 6 dog cockles (coques d'amandes, amandelschelpen) like oysters and clean them.
Whisk 15 ml gin, 30 ml lemon juice, 20 ml sugar syrup and 2 tbsp egg white into a foam
Pour over the cockles with some dill
