Burrata, mini broccoli, peas, anchovies butter


Fry  a finely cut garlic clove in some olive oil, add 4 anchovies and stir till they have fallen apart, then add some butter.

Boil the mini broccoli for 4 mins, add the frozen peas after 2 mins.

Serve as shown, with half a burrata in the middle and the anchovies butter spooned over the cheese
